Funding Programs
We offer a full suite of direct business funding programs — from working capital and revenue-based financing to equipment loans and commercial real estate. One lender. Multiple solutions. No brokers.
Running a business means managing a constant tension between money in and money out. Working capital loans from Brickline give you the liquidity to operate confidently — covering payroll, inventory, marketing, and operational costs without disrupting your cash position.
Whether you're bridging a seasonal gap, responding to an unexpected expense, or seizing a growth opportunity that can't wait, our working capital program is structured for speed and flexibility.
Revenue-based financing aligns your repayment with your business performance. Instead of fixed monthly payments that can strain operations during slow periods, repayments adjust in proportion to your monthly revenue — providing natural relief when business is slower and accelerating when it's strong.
This program is ideal for businesses with consistent monthly revenue streams and variable seasonality. It's a funding structure built around how your business actually operates.
The right equipment can transform a business — increasing capacity, improving quality, and enabling new revenue streams. Equipment financing from Brickline lets you acquire the machinery, vehicles, technology, or tools your business needs without depleting your working capital.
The equipment itself serves as collateral, which typically enables more favorable terms than unsecured financing. Structured with fixed payments over the asset's useful life, this program protects your operational cash flow while building long-term business capacity.
A business line of credit is the most flexible funding tool available — a pre-approved credit facility that you draw from only when you need it. You pay interest only on what you've borrowed, not on the full credit limit. As you repay, the credit becomes available again.
This revolving structure makes lines of credit ideal for managing cash flow timing differences, responding to opportunities as they arise, or maintaining a financial cushion without the cost of carrying a full term loan balance.
Outstanding invoices represent real value — revenue you've earned but haven't yet received. Invoice financing converts those receivables into immediate working capital, so you're not waiting 30, 60, or 90 days for clients to pay while your operational expenses continue.
This program is particularly valuable for B2B businesses, contractors, and service providers with a reliable client base and consistent invoicing. Brickline advances a percentage of your outstanding invoice value, with the remainder (less our fee) delivered upon client payment.
Owning your business location is one of the most powerful moves an operator can make. Commercial real estate financing from Brickline Capital helps Brooklyn and New York businesses acquire, refinance, or improve the properties that anchor their operations.
Whether you're purchasing your first commercial space, refinancing an existing property to access equity, or financing a renovation project, our commercial lending team brings the same direct, no-broker approach to real estate that defines our business lending.
Qualification Guidelines
Most programs require a minimum of 12 months in operation. Some programs — particularly equipment financing — may consider businesses with 6+ months of documented history.
Minimum monthly revenue requirements vary by program, typically starting at $10,000–$20,000/month. We look at your actual revenue performance, not projections.
We look at the full picture of your financial health. While credit history is considered, it is not the sole determinant. Businesses with challenged credit are encouraged to apply.
Your business must be registered in the United States. LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp, and sole proprietorships with business documentation are all eligible to apply.
An active business checking account is required for all programs. Bank statements (typically 3–6 months) are part of our standard underwriting documentation.
We fund businesses across most industries. A small number of restricted industries may not qualify. Contact us to confirm eligibility for your specific business type.
